03/01/08 - Artisan Feature
To start off the month of March, the
Artisan Feature section has been launched.
This section holds various
interviews with kanzashi artists.
I am hoping that these interviews bring greater
understanding towards the craft of kanzashi making, as well as an awareness of
talented and inspired artists in the kanzashi & kimono community.
Every month, two kanzashi artists will be featured. Kanzashi Garden's very
first interview was taken with the very nice Songbird. To see her feature,
please look in the
artisan feature section located in the articles area.

02/02/08 - Re-Launch! ... ?
Kanzashi Garden has been up for a little over a
year without much going on. Tis sad, but do to a loss of inspiration it sat
idle. Originally meant to be a shop, kanzashi garden has now come around to
become a more enlightening site containing lots of information regarding
kanzashi in all the delectable goodness that it is.
So while lots of info is up,
there aren't any images of the actual kanzashi. This will be resolved shortly
after I gain permission from photographers :)
